Delivery and Customer Satisfaction Policies
We want to make your scheduled delivery as convenient as possible and will typically communicate with you 3 times about your delivery.
- You can expect a call between 9am and Noon the day before your delivery to confirm your address, contact information, and merchandise being delivered. Please expect and answer this call.
- You will receive a call between 4-9pm with your scheduled 3 hour delivery window.
- Your delivery driver will call approximately 30 minutes before he arrives to let you know he is on the way.
Canceling/Changing a Delivery Time
To make changes to a scheduled order you must call before Noon (12pm CST) on the day before your scheduled delivery; otherwise you will be charged a $50 change fee. Call your local store for changes.
Same Day Delivery
Same Day Delivery is one of the ways we Save You Money & Time!
Purchases made before 2:00 may be delivered same day within a 20 mile radius of our store. Because of prep time constraints some items will be delivered in the box and you will be responsible for some assembly and setup. For Same Day Delivery we will uncarton and place all sofa, sectional, and leather upholstery, all bedroom, mattress, adjustable base and frames. We are not able to assemble dining chairs, occasional tables, bunkbeds, daybeds, futons, and other Ready-To-Assemble (RTA) items. Unlike some other companies we do not charge extra for Same Day Delivery.
Picking up your new furniture is another great way to save money.
Merchandise may be picked up Monday – Saturday 10am to 6pm or Sunday 1pm to 5pm. We ask that you pickup your merchandise within 7 days of purchase.
Our warehouse personnel will assist you in loading your vehicle. It is your responsibility to secure and cover your merchandise. We will not be responsible for any damage to your merchandise once it leaves our dock or for any accidental damage.
You are responsible for the transportation of items you choose to pick up. PPF does not offer free delivery for returns or exchanges on items picked up.
Please bring a photo ID matching the name on your receipt. This will help fulfill your order quickly and accurately.
Product Protection Plan
Our Product Protection Plan is a Great way to protect your new furniture for up to 5 years with low cost and nationwide In-Home service. See a sales associate or our website for all the details.
All regular priced products have a standard 1-year warranty unless otherwise stated. Products used in a commercial setting have a 30-day warranty. Please keep your receipt on file to help expedite warranty claims. Mattresses have separate warranties from the standard one-year warranty; please see the mattress warranty section below for more information. The standard warranty covers manufacturer’s defects only and does not cover normal wear and tear. Any abuse, misuse, or damage by customers or animals will void the warranty. Warranty service is available Monday – Friday during our normal business hours.
Some manufacturers have warranties longer than 1 year on certain components such as frames, springs, or cushions. In all cases, these warranties are for parts only and do not include service calls, transportation, or labor.
Items that are picked up by the customer must be returned to our warehouse for service. In-Home service can be arranged for a fee within our normal delivery area.
This warranty excludes any merchandise sold as: Clearance, Final Markdown, Discontinued, Floor Model, As-Is, or otherwise discounted for any reason.
Power Motion Furniture
Motors specifically used in reclining furniture for lift, reclining, headrest, and lumbar purposes are covered under the standard 1-year warranty. Some items, depending on the manufacture, may have longer parts only warranties. See a sales associate for more information. In all cases, warranties longer than one year are for parts only. Service calls, transportation, and labor are not included in these warranties. (Massage units and their components are not part of this category and fall under the standard one-year warranty).
Adjustable Power Bases
Our adjustable bases have a 1/3/10 year Limited Warranty. Please see a sales associate for more information.
Mattress warranties vary by manufacture and model. Please see a sales associate for more information. Mattress warranties are provided only to the original purchaser and are not transferrable. The warranty begins from the date of purchase. You must have the receipt and law tag for warranty consideration.
To redeem the warranty the mattress must be in good condition and not otherwise damaged or abused. If the mattress is stained, soiled, ripped, or burned the warranty is void.
The warranty does not apply to and excludes:
Normal body impressions (See manufacturer’s warranty for more information); Comfort preferences; Sheet fit; Mattresses displaying stains or soil that reasonably indicates the presence of potentially dangerous bodily fluids, blood borne pathogens, or other substances that could cause injury; Mattress damage due to an inadequate foundation and/or support system; Damage to the product due to abuse by customer or animals; Normal changes in softness or recovery time of high-density foam due to normal use, temperature, or humidity.
Special orders are Non-Cancellable and All Sales are Final. No refunds on Special Orders. A Special Order Item is any item not normally stocked in our warehouse but specifically ordered at the customer’s request. Special Orders usually take 2-6 weeks to arrive. Availability is not guaranteed.

We offer an incredible selection of top-quality mattresses, and because we want you to love the one you choose, we offer a 60 Nights Comfort Guarantee.
Sleep on your new mattress for at least 30 days to allow your body to adjust. Like it? Great! Don’t like it? No problem! Call Customer Care within 60 nights of your purchase to schedule a one-time reselection. All you’ll pay for is a redelivery fee plus a $199 exchange fee. If you choose a more expensive mattress, you pay the difference. Choose a less expensive mattress, and we will refund the difference. Reselection must be made within 14 days of your notification.
The following list of products are not covered under the 60 Nights Comfort Guarantee:
- Floor models
- Clearance mattresses
- Damaged, soiled, or stained mattresses
- Mattress protectors
- Power/adjustable bases
- Furniture or accessories (Please see our full return policy for these items)
Available for 90 days with monthly payments required. After 90 days, layaways are cancelled and no refunds given. No Layaways on Closeout, Floor Sample, or other Clearance merchandise.
You may return your purchase within 3 days of pickup; or return a delivered item, for size or color issues, at the time of delivery. We will authorize a, one time, re-selection for something you prefer. Any return will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returned merchandise must include the original packaging and must be in the same condition as purchased. Delivery fees are non-refundable and a second delivery fee will be charged for your redelivery. If the value of the re-selection is less than the original purchase, less the restocking fee, the remainder will be issued on a store credit. Store credits are valid for 90 days.
The following items are excluded from this return policy.
- Accessories including (but not limited to) lamps, wall art, vases, floral, and other small pieces.
- Mattress and Foundations (including pillows, mattress protectors, sheets, and bed frames)
- Adjustable Bases
- Special Order Merchandise
- Closeout, Floor Sample, Final Markdown, or other Clearance merchandise.
- Merchandise damaged by misuse after customer has taken possession of the product.
- Merchandise damaged in transit from a customer pickup.
- Ready to Assemble (RTA) items (including but not limited to, some dining sets, bunk beds, daybeds)
- Delivery Charges and other miscellaneous fees
- Other merchandise as determined ineligible by Price Point Furniture.
Bankcard refunds will be refunded on the same card originally charged. Cash refunds will be refunded by check and mailed from our main office. Check refunds will be refunded by mail from our main office a minimum of 14 days after the original payment was made.
Store Credit must be used within 90 days of issue or forfeited.
